Cancellation Policy
⚫️DEPOSITS
A NON-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
⚫️NO SHOW POLICY
Failure to show up to appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge of the service with card on file.
⚫️RESCHEDULING POLICY
You can reschedule up to 48 HOURS before your appointment without any fees. Failure to reschedule or cancel before the 48 hour mark will result in a full charge of the service with card on file.
⚫️SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you want to adjust the type of service you originally booked for, (example: originally booked for a highlight but want to switch to glossing appointment instead) please let me know within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to inform ahead of time, you will be charged for the type of service you originally booked for day of appointment. Cancellations can be made through appointment confirmation texts and/or email. Click the link in text thread and it will lead you to “cancel appointment” option.
