Failure to reschedule or cancel before the 48 hour mark will result in a full charge of the service with card on file. ⚫️SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS If you want to adjust the type of service you originally booked for, (example: originally booked for a highlight but want to switch to glossing appointment instead) please let me know within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to inform ahead of time, you will be charged for the type of service you originally booked for day of appointment.
